We offer a free 24-hour trial before any purchase. We strongly recommend using this period to verify service compatibility and quality with your devices.

2. Refund Policy

Since IPTV service is digital and immediate in nature, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Full refund: Only applies if the service does not work correctly and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of the report.
  • No refund: Once credentials have been activated and used, no refunds are issued for change of mind.
  • Technical issues: In case of prolonged service failure attributable to NEXO, we offer a service period extension or proportional partial refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@getnexo.net or open a ticket at billing.getnexo.net with your order details and a description of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Once the request is approved, the refund is processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
